I am trying to hook up the email for My Invoices & Estimates Deluxe. I have the email in Outlook. When I try to send I get a box asking for a password. I have the original disk and box, but have no password. Where can I find it?

It all depends on the way MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe handles account creation and setup. Since you're already using an Outlook email, I believe the POP/IMAP features are already activated since Outlook is nothing more than a POP3/IMAP email client that downloads the email received on your email services.
The password that you have to enter is, I believe, directly related to the password assigned to your email account.
I want to be able to have multiple users from different PCs create invoices from one database and same company. Is this possible with my invoice program?

No, you can't do it with this application because it lacks multi-user support. This means that only one user (Administrator) can modify the database of the application. For this purpose you can use Express Invoice because it offers a web server where users can log on to manage the database. Visit the application page at Software Informer to read a review about it as well as to obtain a download link through the Download page.
I have an older version of MYInvoices (2002) and want to know if I can transfer this program from Windows XP to Windows 7? The program says that it is for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

It seems that the version of the program that you have it's an old one and it's possible that you won't be able to run it on Windows 7. The latest version of the software is 10 and according to the following compatibility website, it is fully compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8. You can try to update the application to this version and install it.
Will My Deluxe Invoices & Estimates Windows 95/Windows 98 CD-ROM work in Windows 7?

No, the application won't work on Windows 7 because Windows 7 uses another architecture that is different from that of Windows 95 or Windows 98. The only way to install the application is through virtualization. Install Virtualbox, then use the online guide to create a virtual machine with Windows XP (compatible with your software). After the process is complete, you can simply mount the CD-ROM inside the virtual machine and install the application.
I have a really early version - 4 - I have downloaded version 10 but they aren't talking to each other. How do I rectify this problem? I would really appreciate a response.

It's nowhere specified about the backward compatibility regarding version 4. I don't think it's even possible to import old files, however, if you have version 4, access the Export option and then export all the files to a compatible format supported by the version 10. In case there is no file format that you can open in version 4, then I am afraid it's not possible to use these two versions together at all.
It's uncertain if the software will carry on the content once you upgrade from a version to another major version, but there are two cases:
If the update goes from, let's say 8.0 to 8.1, then the content is kept and it will work normally.
If you upgrade from version 9 to version 10, then it's possible that the software will delete the previous content because many files in new major versions also change.
As an advice, backup the content from version 9 and then upgrade to 10.
I assume the MIED.exe file is keeping me from emailing my invoices. I have Vs. 7. I had no problem in 2017 but created a new 2018 file and cannot email. How do I solve it?

Firstly, you should try to uninstall MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe automatically using its own uninstaller and then use another application that will help you get rid of the EXE file.
Additionally, Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

When I type in the Description the Item # use to populate by its own. Now I have to add the item # myself.
