MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe makes it easy to create invoices, estimates and customer statements using professionally designed templates or from scratch. With MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe, you can receive and track payments, evaluate your business with complete reports on sales and invoices, and even manage contacts, vendors, and inventory.

The following review written by one of the Software Informer contributors applies to version 9.0

Writing invoices and managing your bills can all be done with the MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe program. The program is what small businesses need in order to create invoices, estimates, packing slips and statements. The software is capable of doing calculations, like adding taxes, total amounts and including discounts. This ensures that you will not make any math errors when doing invoices.

With the many preset forms it is also quick and easy to create the invoices and other documents that you need. The forms included are for professionals, products, services, and time or materials. If one of the preset forms is not what you need, then you can also customize your own. It is possible to add company logo, graphics or personalized messages.

The program can back-up your files and the search function lets you search by date or billing information. You can also manage your incoming payments because of the payment-tracking feature. If something was not paid, you will quickly see any outstanding bills.

The user interface is easy to use and you can perform the actions you need to without any problems. You can also export your invoices and documents into PDF format. Other features include creating purchase orders, managing product inventory or schedule recurring orders and reminders.

I have used this software package since version 6 and have enjoyed it. Every version gets better. However, version 10 did lose some of the features of version 9, such as auto-fill for the item number AND item description. Version 10 only allows for auto-fill of item description, which can be quite cumbersome to a company like ours with many similar products. Also, version 9 has a good auto-backup feature every time you close the program, version 10 has to be manually backed up every time. There are several other small things that we didn't like, but are more preferences than problems with the program. The layout editor feature is nicer in 10 than 9, but still doesn't allow for more than about 10 line items per page. It is easier to switch to multiple companies in version 10 than 9. All in all, even with it's minor problem differences from version 9, we will keep using it until something better comes along. I've spoken to the folks at Avanquest, and they said that changes won't be likely until they get enough requests from the end user for them. We're hoping that these minor issues (major to us) will be major to enough people to get an update to make this part of the program more user friendly.
